§ Why Grand Avenue

A piercing room, not a kiosk.

01

Implant-grade only

Every initial piercing goes in with ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium — the same biocompatible material used in surgical implants. No "surgical steel" with hidden nickel. No plated jewelry that flakes in healing skin.

02

Marked, measured, then placed

Every piercing starts with a careful mark, a measurement against your anatomy, and a confirmation in the mirror before the needle. We take an extra ten minutes because misplacement is forever.

03

Free six-week follow-up

Every piercing gets a complimentary six-week check-in. Jewelry downsize, healing review, troubleshooting — all included. We want the piercing to settle right, not just look right on day one.

04

Walk-ins genuinely welcome

Most piercings are available as walk-ins during studio hours. Booking ahead guarantees a chair with your preferred piercer; otherwise drop in and we'll fit you when we can.

§ What to expect

Four steps, under an hour.

01

Walk in or book

Drop by during studio hours or book a slot to guarantee your preferred piercer. ID required (13+ for piercings, parent must accompany under-18s).

02

Pick jewelry

Implant-grade titanium is included on every initial piercing. Upgrades to solid 14k gold or niobium are quoted in-studio based on your selection.

03

Mark + place

We mark the placement, you confirm in the mirror, then a single-use needle and one steady hand. Most piercings take under five minutes once placed.

04

Aftercare + free follow-up

We send you home with sterile saline and a healing schedule. Six weeks later, come back for a complimentary downsize and check-in.

§ From the guestbook

What people leave with.

"Walked through every piece of jewelry and why it mattered. First piercing in years that healed without a single hiccup."
— Devin T. Helix + conch curation
"I came in nervous, left calm. The piercer marked the spot three times before the needle came out — that level of care matters."
— Sasha M. Septum
"Six-week follow-up was the kicker. Free downsize, full healing check, real answers. I'm bringing my whole friend group here."
— Jordan W. Daith
§ Common questions

Quick answers.

Do I need an appointment?

No — walk-ins welcome during studio hours (Mon–Fri 12–8, Sat–Sun 2–8). Booking ahead guarantees a chair with your preferred piercer if you have one in mind.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on placement and jewelry. Standard piercings with implant-grade titanium typically run $40–80, with the jewelry included. Solid gold upgrades quoted in-studio.

Will it hurt?

Brief and sharp, then it's done. Most clients say it's much less than they expected. A trained piercer with a single-use needle is the gentlest version of the experience.

How long until it heals?

Lobes 6–8 weeks, cartilage 3–9 months, navels up to a year. We send you home with a clear schedule and the six-week complimentary follow-up keeps you on track.

How old do I have to be?

13+ with a parent present and two forms of ID for both parent and minor. 18+ on your own ID. No exceptions.
