Aftercare & FAQ.

The things we say at every consultation — written down.

§ Aftercare

Seven days of patience.

Day 0–1

First wash

Remove wrap after 2–4 hours. Wash gently with unscented soap. Pat dry with paper towel. Repeat 3–4x.

Day 2–5

Keep it moving

Thin layer of Aquaphor or unscented lotion, 3x a day. Wear loose cotton. No soaking, no sun, no gym friction.

Day 6–14

The peeling

Flaking is normal. Don't pick. Switch to a plain moisturizer. Resume light workouts — rinse sweat off promptly.

Day 14+

Keep it sharp

Use SPF 50 forever. Hydrate the skin daily. A touch-up inside 60 days is included if anything needs it.
