Every artist at Grand Avenue is a full resident — nobody rotates in for a weekend. That's deliberate. It means the person drawing your piece knows the room, the light, and the work of every other artist standing next to them. It's why our consultations are longer, our wait lists are honest, and the work looks the way it does.
